Soy Glazed Salmon
Martha Stewart's soy glazed salmon is so easy,simple and quick to make........ your dinner will
be served in a jiffy!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ( 55g ) Light brown sugar
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tablespoons Soya sauce
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dry white wine or Water
900g Salmon fillet ( cut into 4 pieces )
1 lemon Cut into wedges, for serving
Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Place rack in centre of oven.
2. Make the glaze:
In a bowl, stir brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and white wine ( or water )
until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Arrange fish, skin side down, in a single layer in a baking pan.
4. Pour glaze over the fish. Then turn the fish skin side up to coat evenly.
5. Bake fish till opaque but still pink inside, basting very few minutes with glaze from
the baking pan, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
