Bake Easy Chicken Wings
These chicken wings are so easy to make. Strictly no fuss, yet surprisingly delicious for how few ingredients are needed for this dish. Baking these wings yields tangy, sweet and juicy chicken wings without the mess and constant tending of frying.
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken wings
- 22g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sherry (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

- Pour the remaining marinade into the chicken wings in a large bowl or ziploc bag.
- Cover or seal and marinate wings for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 190 degree C (375 degree F) and place rack in centre of oven.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
- Arrange chicken wings on top of the aluminium foil on the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken wings are no longer pink in the centre.

Easy and tasty recipe! Expecially we are trying to get away from fried foods nowadays. May be can also add to some of Mr Ng's red wine to marinate the chicken wings for a different taste.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea. Will take note of that the next time I bake this. Thanks Esther for your brilliant suggestion.
